Shipping policy
1 General
The delivery takes 1 to 7 working days, depending on the location and the circumstances after the shipping confirmation. Be aware that delivery might take longer due to local holidays, vacations, strikes or other events. In no case is Kels Who Else responsible for the delay. If this might happen, we try to inform our customers through email or another channel.
2 Delivery Options
The shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout. We ship to:
BELGIUM (NL)
De opties van levering onderscheiden wij in 2 gebieden:
1° Gemeentes met de postcode: 9100, 9111, 9112:
- De bestelling wordt persoonlijk afgeleverd op een afgesproken moment. De kost van deze leveringsoptie is altijd €2, ongeacht de bestelling.
- De bestelling kan afgehaald worden in ons afhaalpunt: Kleemstraat 17 9111 Belsele. Wanneer u voor deze optie kiest, zullen we via mail of telefoon een afhaalmoment afspreken. Deze optie is gratis.
2° Alle gemeentes in België, behalve 9100, 9111 en 9112:
- De bestelling wordt bezorgd door Bpost. Wanneer u voor deze optie kiest, zal u een email ontvangen wanneer uw order verzonden is. Wenskaarten worden verzonden via briefpost (zonder tracking).
- De bestelling kan afgehaald worden in ons afhaalpunt: Kleemstraat 17 9111 Belsele. Wanneer u voor deze optie kiest, zullen we via mail of telefoon een afhaalmoment afspreken. Deze optie is gratis.
THE NETHERLANDS (NL)
Alle bestellingen naar Nederland worden verzonden via POST NL. Alle producten behalve gift cards en post cards worden in pakket met track & trace verzonden. Gift- en post cards worden verzonden via briefpost (exclusief tracking). Je bestelling wordt binnen 1 tot 4 werkdagen geleverd na het ontvangen van de verzendbevestiging.
LUXEMBOURG
All of our orders will be shipped from Belgium with POST NL. Shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout. Orders to Luxembourg will be delivered between 1 to 4 working days. All products will be shipped with tracking, accept for gift cards and post cards, they will be shipped through letter post (no tracking).
FRANCE - GERMANY - UK/IRELAND - ITALY - SPAIN - SWEDEN - AUSTRIA
All of our orders will be shipped from Belgium with POST NL. Shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout. Orders will be delivered between 1 to 7 working days. All products will be shipped with tracking, accept for gift cards and post cards, they will be shipped through letter post (no tracking).
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
All of our orders will be shipped from Belgium with BPost. Shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on local delivery service.. All products will be shipped with tracking, accept for gift cards and post cards, they will be shipped through letter post (no tracking).
3 Retour
With Kels Who Else you also have the rights to return your order. When you have made a purchase with us and you change your mind, you have 14 days after purchase to contact us for a return by sending us an email: contact@kelswhoelse.be
From the moment we receive the product, the purchase price (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded. Kels Who Else is not responsible for a refund of the shipping cost. A return package can always be delivered at our pick up point: Kleemstraat 17 9111 Belsele, Belgium.
When you want to return an order/a product it has to be in the original conditions and packaging. There may not be any traces of use, no missing pages, no writing etc. In case there are, your return rights won't be valid.
